I decided at the last minute to make cut-out cookies for Easter. I found a great recipe in this month's Southern Living: http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=1886355.
For the icing I just mixed 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp Water, a dash of Lemon Juice and dye.
Simple and quick. Oh, and yummy too!
