There is a great outside bar, Hurricane Hanna's Grill, by Disney's Beach and Yacht Club.
You don't need pool access to drink at Hanna's.
(Reminder, the pool is highly "guarded" by cast members. Only overnight guests are allowed to access the pool area.)
The bar serves signature cocktails, frozen drinks and draft beers.
I recommend the Mai Tai!
