Many of you know that last year I started seeing a Naturopathic doctor for acupuncture to reduce stress and anxiety, and improve my overall health. After some testing, he advised me to start a gluten free diet and talked to me purchasing quality vitamins.
And let me tell you -- I have purchased a variety of
vitamins online and in store. Most I
have liked, some I didn’t. I was recently

- Since we are traveling quite a bit over the next few months, I have started taking the Viva Naturals Elderberry + Vitamin C + Zinc for immune support.
